May Service Champion: Jan Curry

As Senior Secretary of the Graduate Studies office in the Trulaske College of Business, Jan provides a very positive first impression of their programs. According to her nomination, "Jan is crucial to our public image and to our customer relations, and she is excellent in that role. She is knowledgeable about the programs, provides a warm welcome and is very respectful to individuals throughout the application process. She patiently answers their questions and she is able to make each applicant feel special. Many of our students are international and they go out of their way to find her when they arrive to thank her for help she offered."

A co-worker states, " I look forward to her smile greeting me each morning - that's an important way to start the day!...I believe she lives the MU core values of Respect, Responsibility, Discovery and Excellence personally as well as professionally, and is deserving of recognition!"
