This is an opportunity for you to grow as an individual and as a worker. It is recommended that each semester the supervisor and Work Study student complete a feedback form, allowing for a rating of both work and personal characteristics. This is an important way to identify strengths and set goals for the next semester, and also an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns that have developed.
