The goal of this research is to "demonstrate that scientific visualization, incorporated into inquiry-based learning, can enable students of diverse abilities to develop an understanding of complex scientific phenomena such as climate and weather." From the site you can also link to the WorldWatcher software used in the project, as well as examples and activities created by other users.
