We discussed the major concepts that we felt would be covered on the test. We would cover for each other at the review sessions if one member was not able to attend. The group number was good, because it allowed for us to meet when it was convenient for everyone. We liked your approach to the groups in that you let us meet at will. We were able to meet other people in the class that we otherwise would not have met. We feel that competive grading is the best option for this course, but since there isn't group work is beneficial. We practiced problems and made flash cards over the reactions. The news items helped us relate organic chemistry to real life. We appreciated your outside perspective of American society regarding organic chemistry. Overall we benefitted from group work and you should keep it up to the students when and where they meet.
