Our group had many difficulties meeting, as most groups did we are sure.
Due to the rigorous schedule and prior comitments of our members our group
was never able to have everyone meet at the same time and place. In fact,
we consistantly had to change our meeting times to fit everyone's changing
schedules. Our usual place was at one group member or another's dorm room
when we did meet. Despite the many difficulties facing our group we
managed to meet at least once a week with several group members (usually
different ones every time) to discuss what we were covering in lecture
and to assist in any questions that we had. We also attended your Reviews
as a group because that was one of the few times that the majority of us
could get together.
Despite the many difficulties we had in meeting the collaborative groups
is a good idea and aids in studying and preparing for exams. However, we
would not suggest formalizing the group work because that would make it
more work and less helpful to the groups.
