the semester. Automatic subscription to private lists will occur, that is,
you will be signed up by the instructor. The name of the mailing list
will be CH210W01-L. Mailing list established 1/23/1.
If the email address used in the discussion list is not your preferred email address, then you may request a change in the email address used in the discussion list. To do so, send email to the TA of the course (Sundeep Rayat; email: firstname.lastname@example.org) providing your name and the new email address. These requests will be processed in the week of 1/29/01 and thereafter.
We are using the discussion list for faculty-to-student as well as student-to-student communication outside the classroom. It is hoped that the integration of this kind of instructional technology will enhance active learning, writing skills, critical thinking and interactivity.
