A few comments:

An average of 55 corresponds to a grade of "C-" and that is lower than we
want to be. Ideally, I would want to see an average of 65 in this course
for a grade of "B-C".

I expected better results on Questions 2, 4 and 5. Question 2 was taken
basically from the Study Problems. Question 4 inquired about the
chemistry that was relevant to the News Item associated with chapter 17.
Question 5 closely followed a similar question in an old test.

I am surprised about the large difference between the 212 students and the
group of 212-300 (lecture only) students.

We will be talking about study habits in lecture. It looks like many of
you need to study more and work more exercises.

Best, RG.
