"The 'Chemistry is in the News' Project"

In your application, include information about your current position (what courses do you teach on a regular basis, how many students are enrolled in those courses), briefly explain your interest in the "Chemistry is in the News" project and describe how you might be able to integrate elements of CIITN in your own teaching.

Conference participation is free of charge, accommodations and meals are provided, and conference materials are provided as well. In addition, we will also be able to offer some partial travel grants to help defray transportation costs. The travel fellowships will be awarded based on need and availability. Your application should contain a request for travel funds. Matching of the travel funds by the department or college is desirable.

The conference is limited to 18 participants. The pool of applicants will be reviewed in late July.
