Welcome to the Infant Cognition Lab!
In the Infant Cognition Lab, we conduct research to understand what infants know about the world around them. For example, do infants understand that all objects should move and exist continuously? Do infants realize that people have intentions to guide their behavior? These are some of the questions we hope to answer.
There are many practical uses for research such as ours. For instance, by understanding how infants develop cognitively, we hope to help improve the design of infant and preschooler toys and learning materials.
