Heat Pipe Design Software
In order to help members design efficient heat pipe cooling
devices, a heat pipe design software is under
development. The new results from
research will be immediately put into the heat pipe design software. The software will consist
six components: traditional heat pipe, CPL, micro heat pipe, flat heat
pipe, heat pipe heat sink, and thermosyphon
heat sink. For the detailed
