How Staff Advisory Council Works for You

The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) is here for you. We represent staff to University administration, encourage personal advancement through the Educational and Staff Development Award Programs, promote excellence through the Chancellor’s Outstanding Staff and the MU Service Champion awards, and most importantly, listen and truly hear the needs of staff members.

Please contact your council representative or the SAC office if you have input about how the council can serve you. Although the council does not function as a bargaining unit or a grievance committee, we are interested in issues that affect campus staff-at-large. We hope that you will agree that we are “working for you.”

The Election is over and the results are in!
Congratulations to the new SAC members:
Adam Duncan, C/M
Carolyn Crow and Becky Stafford, S/C
Diane Bartley and Aaron Cook, A/P
Marijo Dixon (re-elected) T/P

The Staff Advisory Council would like to thank retiring council members: Alan Marshall, Lawanda Rogers, Dianne Delbert and Rusty Westfall for their hard work and dedication to MU staff.

Find out more about the Council on the About SAC page.
