Holy Flight at Omkara Mandhata
A Pilgrims' Paradise

Take A Holy Flight At Omkara Mandhata
This is a PowerPoint presentation created as a temporary offering until we have a new improved show that is currently under contruction and soon to be available come March 2008.

Father George has become a great supporter of the preservation and dissemination of Indian culture and has helped us obtain these beautiful aerial photos taken during a special offering of flowers upon the sacred island. Since construction of the dam has begun flights over the area are now restricted. We may have the last photos of the sacred island prior to this new progress that will bring much needed power to many needy rural homes and farms. A very special thanks goes out to Father George for this contribution.

Tribute to The Goswami Family: My journey to India to obtain these photos being presented was arranged by Swami Aishvaryananda of Indore. It was Swami Aishvaryananda who graciously found my host, Komal Goswami.
Komal accepted his Swami's request to provide assistance and safe passage to Omkara Mandhata. Words do not always express our truest feelings, therefore I have struggled to find the words of graditude for my newest and dearest friends, the Goswami family of Indore, India.
My host, Komal met me at the Indore Airport, I was welcomed into his home as a honored guest. I shared in their daily lives, eating wonderful Indian foods prepared by Mona, Komal's wife. I was escorted to many sights in Indore by Komal's father Kirti Kumar Goswami and introduced to so many wonderful people. Komal's mother, Bela, has her own hair salon, where I had my first professional facial. I played everyday with their daughter, Feby, age 2. Komal's son, Shivank, was born April 25th, 2003, after I left Indore.
My prayers of thanks go out to the Goswami family, may Om bless your family for eternity.
