The Omkareshvar Temple consists of five levels, three reside in the dome. The lower level is the location of the main temple and main linga cell. The middle level is called Mahakalesvara, the grand Sabha Mandap or assembly hall. The open veranda is supported by carved columns and a nandi bull statie sits outside of the shrine. The "Omkareshvara Jyotirlinga The Spire" offering box is on the veranda. The upper sanctum houses three shrines inside, accessed thru a steep staircase wide enough for one person.
