Course Description:
Three semester hours of credit, two lectures and one 2 hour lab each week. The lecture meets each Tuesday and Thursday during the spring semester. The labs also meet on Tuesday. This course focuses on the safe handling and application of pesticides used in agriculture.

Course Overview:
The goal of the course is to learn how to plan/design electrical circuits, understand how electric motors start and run, and to control the operation of electric motors via motor controllers.

Textbook:
Fundamentals of Electricity for Agriculture. ASAE. 3nd Edition. Robert J. Gustafson and Mark T. Morgan. (2004).
