Goals

To provide a forum for faculty, post-docs, and graduate students to exchange ideas and knowledge, present and critique each other's research plans and findings, discuss timely issues concerning scientific and professional psychology.

Format

Weekly one-hour meetings that will take varying forms over the course of the year. These include:

  • Formal and informal research presentations by Department members and outside speakers
  • Focused discussion on specific requirements and tasks including:
    •     theses, comps, dissertations
    •     internships
    •     writing grants
  • Journal Club (on some W '01 Fridays)

Who should attend?

All interested clinical graduate students, post-docs, and faculty members.

Who is required to attend?

All clinical graduate students who have not yet proposed their dissertation.
