We went to the desert in Arizona and California for ten days. We got really dirty and sun burnt and ate a lot of tortillas with peanut butter (yuk). We saw the Basin and Range, Joshua Tree National Park, San Andreas Fault, London Bridge, Whipple Mountains, The Grand Canyon, dinosaur footprints, Meteor Crater, the Painted Desert, and Petrified Forest, lots of cacti (damn those cholla), and various places that would be right at home in an Indiana Jones movie.
