Intro pages are always hard to approach. Bethany found this die-cut at a local scrapbooking store and used black diamond dust paper (scrapbooking safe, of course) and metallic stickers for the background..

A day-by-day account of the trip is a good way to organize a vacation scrapbook. Page by Bethany.

It is always fun to include pamphlets and postcards from the vacation sight - it is a quick way to set off a page! Remember that when going on your trip and make sure to grab extras! Also, take a folder along with you to keep the keepsakes tidy. Page by Bethany

Bethany used vellum paper to soften the bold navy paper and the wrote on the vellum. Make sure to allow plenty of time for your writing to dry if you write on vellum!

Scraps and junk photos of landscapes make great letters! Page by Bethany

Bethany needed to tell the story about the time by the sea, but did not have the pictures for another complete page. So, she inserted a smaller page. This flexibility is one advantage to using this style of album.

Renee Harper suggests this hint for using printed paper as a background paper: the largest part of the print should be smaller than the smallest image in your pictures. If you use large-print paper as background, it will over-whelm your image. Page by Bethany.

Word dicuts (available at many scrapbooking stores) are easy titles! Some Mickey borderlines/stickers (available at Sticker Planet web page) fill out the page. Page by Bethany

The Mickey balloon is another dicut available at many scrapbooking stores. Bethany cut circles in the ears and through the page to give a "window" that frames the pictures on the following page. The next page is shown below.

This is what the balloon page looks like on the other side. Again, the circles (this time in Minney's ears) frame pictures from the previous page.
