Programs > Network of Female Leaders
Purpose: Women and men promoting the leadership development, strength, well being, and empowerment of women through education, support, and relationships.
The Network of Female Leaders (NFL) is a program founded by MU women interested in exploring the unique challenges and opportunities of women's leadership. Our goal is to sponsor educational programs that explore the critical issues facing contemporary female leaders, provide opportunities for students to develop and practice the skills of effective leadership, and to establish a true network of female leaders. NFL is dedicated to including all persons in the network - across beliefs and ideologies, race and class. We believe that women in leadership will benefit from learning from other women in all disciplines and types of organizations.
Join us for a networking how to event on february 26, 2006. After sharpening our networking saw, we will meet with female leaders in the Columbia community for heavy hors D'oeurves!
