Research Goal
The goal of the Biomaterials
and Bioprocessing Laboratory is to develop materials and processing
technologies to better utilize biomass as a sustainable feed stock for
producing a variety of materials and chemicals. Due to the importance of soybeans and
corn to the Missouri economy, an emphasis is placed on using materials from
these crops.
