I worked for the Naval Weapons Center in China Lake, California, from June  1982 to Apr. 1984, as a laser system analyst and computer programmer. From Apr. 1984 to Sept.r 1993 I worked for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO.  I held several jobs, starting in optics, moving into optical component and system testing.  I then worked for a year and a half in S. Korea on a project called Harpoon Coastal Defence System (Feb 1987-Aug 1988).  On my return I worked on a high power diode pumped slab laser, and then moved into commercial diode pumped rod lasers.  Received MBA in Dec 1993 from Webster Univ. in St. Louis, with a 4.0 GPA.  I have worked for Hydro-Gear Partnership in Sullivan, IL from May 1994 to present.  I started as an Engr.
