I received my Ph.D. in Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin
in 1997. My research focused on radiation biology, and I shared
some exciting work with a UW Genetics group that culminated in a publication
in the journal "Science." In 1997, I became a Medical Physicist at
Computerized Medical Systems, Inc., St. Louis, MO, where I designed radiation
treatment software. I now serve as the Director of Physics and Research
at this company. I spend most of my spare time training for triathlons
and traveling to national and international races. I have achieved
All-American triathlon recognition, but I really use it just to stay sane!
