Ph.D. in 1999 from the University of Wisconsin in particle physics theory. Post-docs at Fermilab and DESY (Germany), and is now the theory Marshak Fellow at the University of Rochester. I study mostly hadron collider phenomenology, that is how various models of physics would manifest in experiment, how they could be studied, and how to reconstruct the underlying physics from experimenters' results. I concentrate on various models of electroweak symmetry breaking and supersymmetry, but have delved into extra dimensions and a few other things. When not calculating, I'm usually playing cello, flying planes or hiking in exotic locations.
