MU Service Champion Award

There are those employees who go above and beyond what is expected to see a special project succeed. There are those who perform their duties day after day with a work ethic and attitude that makes them stand out.  Do you know a staff member who is deserving of recognition for exemplary performance whether for a special task or daily operation? The Staff Advisory Council seeks to bring recognition to MU’s outstanding staff members through the MU Service Champion Award. Each month one outstanding staff member will be selected for this honor.

MU Service Champions receive a $25.00 gift certificate from the University Book Store, a one month membership to the Rec Center, a certificate for two meals at Campus Dining and a plaque. Service Champions and their supervisors are also invited to attend a Staff Advisory Recognition luncheon in August. The Council would like to thank the Book Store, Campus Dining and the Rec Center for their support of this program.

To nominate a Service Champion, fill out the nomination form and send to the Council office at 27 Jesse Hall, Attention: Service Champion.
