April Service Champion:Gretchen LaButti"Gretchen LaButti is simply remarkable." At least that's the word from the Graduate School. Her nominator, George Justice, tells the Staff Council, "Indeed, she is doing the work that formerly took two people to do. Gretchen takes a creative approach to solving problems and receives praise from the people she assists as exemplified by this endorsement received by her nominator. "Gretchen has again very ably outfitted us with what we need to proceed with the Anderson Awards. She is truly amazing, George, and I have told her so multiple times!" Associate Dean Justice recruited Gretchen from the English Department. He believes it was "one of the smartest things I have done as Associate Dean. She makes me--and everyone she works with--seem better just from the way she works."
