The Business Services Office schedules rooms during weekends, intersessions, holidays, and after 5:30 pm on weekdays. To schedule a room, click on the Temporary Use of Facilities link under SERVICES on the Business Services Web Site. The pull down MENU at the top left provides links to facility information, application forms, and confirmation options.
