TeAchnology! 2007
Teachnology! is designed to promote and support the efffective application of instructional technology to teaching and learning at MU. Teachnology is a week-long session offered during the summer semester. Teachnology 2007 will be held June 25th - June 29th. Faculty members apply to attend either the morning or afternoon session.

TEACHNOLOGY GOALS
- Provide MU faculty with the opportunity to learn about and to explore various educational technology tools in a fully supported, hands-on learning environment
- Assist faculty in using educational technology to create rich, learner-centered environments that integrate instruction, research and outreach
- Support faculty in developing pedagogically sound methods and strategies for incorporating educational technology into teaching
- Raise faculty awareness about the differences between traditional classroom techniques and successful practices in a technology environment
- Assist faculty in transferring teaching techniques and materials from the traditional classroom environment to a technology environment
