I'm a doctoral student in the Department of Computer Science at University of Missouri. I'm currently working as a research assistant in the Mobile Networking and Multimedia Communications Lab, directed by Professor Wenjun Zeng. I'm also a fellow researcher in the Gilliom Cyber Security Center. My current research interests include multimedia communication and security, image/video coding and watermarking, and distributed source coding.

I got my bachelor's and master's degrees in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1999 and 2002, respectively, both in Electrical Engineering. From 2002 to 2004, I was a research engineer with Panasonic Research and Development Center, Beijing, China. I was a summer intern with the Thomson Corporate Research, Princeton, NJ, in 2006.
