This disgram is not a proper diagram. The variables, e2, e3, and e4 cannot simultaneously have arrows from one variable to another and also have slings. Although this type of model can be fit using some SEM programs, it is not a proper path diagram according to the rules we've outlined here. One "fix" to make this diagram look proper would be to attach error terms on to the error terms of the other variables.
